Raytek 3i SeriesRaytek 3i Series

The 3i Series is available in a broad variety of temperature ranges, sighting options, optical ranges, and offers spectral responses to meet the needs of specialized industrial applications. These units are made-to-order and matched for optimum performance when measuring critical temperatures in very distant targets or high temperatures up to 3000ºC or 5400ºF. To assure accuracy, 3i Series also compensates for the energy reflected by the background around the target, making it a great tool to use nearby objects with high temperatures; for example inside a furnace.

With Raytek 3i series, you have a choice between single and dual laser models, crossed laser models, and scope sighting models.

Most frequent applications include process monitoring, maintenance, and inspections:

• Glass Manufacturing
• Plastics Applications
• Heat Treatment
• Plant/Facility Maintenance

• Energy Inspection
• Power Distribution
• Fire Safety

MiniTemp

MINITEMP

Because there is more than one way to measure temperature.

Raytek MiniTemp is pocket-sized and easy to use-just point, shoot and read the temperature on the large backlit display. When you need a fast, easy, safe way to measure surface temperature, you need a MiniTemp noncontact thermometer. Use MiniTemp at work, at home, anywhere.

MiniTemp MT4, with laser sighting, is powered by a 9V battery and displays temperatures in either degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit. An accessory pack including a pouch and wrist strap is also available.

Applications

• AUTOMOTIVE-- Troubleshoot engines including ignition system problems and fuel/air adjustments. Diagnose cooling systems including thermostats and coolant sensors; radiators; brakes; and tires.

• HVAC-- Balance room temperatures, monitor supply/return registers, check furnace performance, perform energy audits, and check window insulation,

• ELECTRICAL-- Check electrical panels for hot spots, find defective transformers, and detect loose electrical connections.

• FOOD SAFETY-- Check holding, serving, and storage temperatures, maintain freezers, ovens, ranges, and dishwashers.

• AND MORE-- Hundreds of work, home, and recreational applications.

Fluke 60 Series Handheld Infrared Thermometers

Reach for a rugged Fluke 60 series IR thermometer for jobs requiring temperature measurement in hard-to-reach, hot, rotating, or dangerous situations Get accurate readings over a broad range of temperatures -40°C to 760°C (-40°F to 1400°F). Plus, the enhanced optics allow you to measure smaller objects further away. All with a comfortable and easy to use handheld device.

• The FLUKE 63 allows you to simultaneously read current and maximum temperatures. It includes 0.95 fixed emissivity and 12:1 optics.

• The FLUKE 66 lets you view maximum, minimum, average, and differential, as well as current readings. In addition you can set HI/LO alarms, recall last reading, and adjust emissivity. 30:1.

• The FLUKE 68 is the full-featured model with an extended temperature range and 50:1 optics. The expanded optics allows you to increase your distance from the target and measure a smaller spot size.

Applications

• AUTOMOTIVE-- Troubleshoot engines, including ignition system problems and fuel/air adjustments. Diagnose cooling systems, including thermostats and coolant sensors; radiators; catalytic converters; brakes, and tires. Perform climate control maintenance with precision.

• HVAC-- Balance room temperatures, monitor supply/return registers, and test duct work; examine steam traps and check furnace performance; perform energy audits.

• FOOD SAFETY-- Perform HACCP temperature measurements at receiving. Check cold and hot cooking, holding, and serving temperatures, and ensure safe and uniform storage and transportation temperatures. Maintain freezers, walk-ins, ovens, ranges, and dishwashers. Food inspectors can quickly confirm application temperatures.

• INDUSTRIAL/ELECTRICAL-- Detect and troubleshoot facility electrical and process maintenance problems... before they happen, including vehicle and fleet maintenance. Check electrical panels for hot spots, find defective transformers, and detect loose electrical connections.

• AND MORE-- Roofing, asphalt, and concrete applications; commercial printing; plastics molding-, fire detection/prevention; race car, aviation, and marine maintenance.
